 Easy way to get guidance for food, meal plans, I will be guiding you on your meals. It will include a base split workout routine if need it. I will need front, side and back pictures. After I received them I will get your new plan going! The first two weeks stay around the same, so your body will react to the new food intake. Then every FRIDAY i will need the same three pictures with the check in answer. I will have you weekly changes by you no later than Monday morning.
