Salmon glazed with vegetables
I usually cook about 2lb at a time you can cook with skin for flavor and take the skin out after!
2 T of coconut amino soy sauce
2 T onion minces
2 Cloves of garlic minced
you can add a lil bit of oil for none stick
1 pinch of ground black pepper
On another small pan you can combine a cup or more of spinach, with some vegetables of choice one they are cook serve with slice of tomatoes.
Pre heat over to 350 F
bake for about 30 minutes or until fish is cook
Once is cook serve on top of vegetables (or serve over rice as well!)
