Oatmeal part 2(famous pancake)


One of my favorite recipe for breakfast, i never crave pancakes or waffles for this reason!

I use:

4 egg whites

20g of 0% yougurt

1/2 cup of oatmeal

1 scoop of fiber vita

1 tsp of baking soda


Blend them all together on a nutri bullet until you see a pancake mix.

Then just add to the pan.

I love using waldens farm for the syrup and of course nuts and more peanut butter , the reddi whip is great for the cooffee and also the pancake.
