Dont get bored of just plain oatmeal!
Oatmeal is a fast absorbing carb, great fiber and easy to eat! A way to use protein powder as well!
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 tbsp of nuts and more peanut butter
To make this make sure you cook the oatmeal first and use the 1 min oats.
put in the microwave first, then after add the protein powder.
I use myofeed from puruslabs.
Mix all together and then add the peanut butter on top.
Great breakfast meal!
