Breakfast with rice and eggs

Breakfast can be fun , Its my favorite meal and the most important. Its going to fuel your body for the rest of the day too!
This meal I had 25g of protein and 30g of carbs
When creating your meal grab what you crave. usually my breakfast always has eggs and a carb. (bread, wrap, oarmeal , cream of rice, or rice.
I cook the eggs then
1 turkey bacon
Brown rice ( you can use white rice)
I combine them together and scramble egg rice.
Another thing you can make is what I call
EGG RICE PANCAKE:
This will require you to mix eggs and cook rice together and cook mushrooms.
stir till combine and fluffy then put in pan till you see the golden sides.
