Love this meal, you can make it high carb, or low carb just by substituting certain things.
What it includes;
-Ground meat (or meat you want)
-Cauliflower rice (or jasmine rice)
-stir fry vegetables (peppers, onions, mushrooms)
you can add shredded lettuce at the top if you like
mix it all together and ready to eat.
Remember the seasonings and the dressings have sodiums as well, so there is no need to add salt all the time in every meal!
