Breakfast Wrap

This is a great way to create another fun breakfast, the wrap is only about 15g of carbs!


To start you can do any vegetables of choice and i add the salsa already made. easy and quick no need to cut anything.












While that is making I prepared the wrap with half of a laughing cow creme chesse























Once the veggies are cook I add low sodium deli turkey meat

and my eggs!
















AND FINALLY JUST ADD EVERYTHING IN THE WRAP.

EAY LESS THEN 10MIN TO MAKE!
