BBQ PITA chicken
I use the joseph pitas, they only have 7g of carb per pita so I use two!
Once the chicken is boil, When I re heat it I put bbq sugar free on a pan, let it cook a bit then add the chicken until its a lil crisp !
I air fry the pita for a couple minutes every ai fryer is different so I would check every 30 to 1 min to make sure they dont burn!
Once the chicken is cook I open the pita and i put pico de gallo and add the chicken to it!
Simple easy and delicious!
Does not take long to make
